Ritual Planner

One record per ritual. Define what it is, why it matters, and how it's going. Rituals only become rituals through repetition — track the early runs while the habit forms.

The ritual
What it is and how it works
Describe it specifically enough that someone else could run it. Format, timing, frequency, who's involved.
The intention
Why this ritual, why now
What problem is it solving, or what feeling is it trying to create? Being clear on the "why" helps you notice when it's working — and when it's drifted.
The log
First three runs — notes as you go
Brief notes after each time. What happened, how it landed, anything you'd adjust. The early runs are where the ritual finds its shape.

After a month
What's changed
What difference, if any, has it made? To the team, to you, to the thing it was trying to address.
The verdict
Keep, evolve, or pause
All rituals need reviewing. A ritual that's become habit is worth protecting. One that's become noise is worth killing.
